They did a waterbase coat with a stain finish to our hardwood oak floors and also re-stained our handrail banister with a black stain gel with a stain finish. We received estimates from several businesses and their pricing is fair and competitive for the market rate in the area. There were some touch ups that were required upon completion with the banister handrail but they were prompt with addressing that.
